Why short hair?
Merida was a young, teenage rebel. In the movie, she was always against the way of princess lifestyle. And her hair show this very good - in her times woman should braid her hair, cover them - but she always had this “mess” on her head.
What would modern Merida do? She would cut her hair, because many of people would say to her - you have such a lovely, curly, red hair, you should be so proud, don’t shave it, cut it…
But she would surely do that. That fits her character.

- set an alarm for every hour
- add some fruit to it
- drink one cup before every meal
- drink one cup every time you go to the bathroom (probably save this one for when you’re @ home)
- compete with a friend or family member
- buy a 64oz bottle and finish it everyday
- for every non water beverage, drink one bottle (I do this with everything except my green and black teas)
- if you take meds, drink one bottle with your medication

Russian photographer Fox Grom on his recent walk with his dogs has captured a beautiful series of photos. He discovered a frozen lake covered with rainwater that created the illusion of the dogs walking on water. The end results are stunning, the way the water blends with the sky is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.
